1. (a) Kiptun entered into a contract with Rono to purchase a piece of land from Rono measuring five acres. Unknown to Kiptun, the land was situated in a Governme t forest even though Rono had a title deed to the land that had been acquired irregularly. Kiptun bought the land and was given a title. The government now wants to repossess e land and has declared that it has no intention of compensating anybody for the rea n that ny tittles to the land were acquired illegally.
